Rumors were doing round last month that HTC will soon unveils it first phablet phone. The rumors went out to be true as HTC has released J Butterfly – a 5-inch Android powered smartphone in Japan. It sports a 5-inch 1920x1080p Super LCD 3 display with 1.5GHz Qualcomm S4 Pro processor and 2GB RAM. Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean with Sense UI v4 will be pre-installed in 16 GB internal memory. It also has 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. Not to forget 2020mAh battery, LTE connectivity, NFC, HDMI out, Bluetooth 4.0, DLNA, and Infrared. HTC J Butterfly comes in Red, White and Black colour and will go on sale by December end. No news on pricing and International availibility yet. But we’ll keep you informed as details are announced.
