When Microsoft unveiled its homemade tablet Surface back in June, information about pricing and availability were not announced. Now Microsoft has revealed that Surface with Windows RT will be available from October 26th. Microsoft has aggressively priced the Surface with the basic Model with 32 GB storage will cost you $499 (that is what a 16GB iPad cost). $499 doesn’t include Touch Cover, so that would cost $119.99 and Type Cover will cost $129.99. 64GB model with Type Cover combo is priced at $699. You can pre-order Surface from here. Microsoft is said to produce 3 to 5 millions of Surfaces for this fall as they think people would be happy to have something that they are familiar with – Windows anyone. What do you think will Surface be able to get the pace of Apple’s iPad and are you gonna order one?
