After rumors of Verizon getting Droid RAZR M had sprung up few days ago. Motorola recently announced Droid RAZR M along with Droid RAZR HD and Droid RAZR MAXX HD. With specs almost same as Droid RAZR HD, it has 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display 1.5GHz dual-core processor and 1GB of RAM, a 8-megapixel rear camera with 1.3MP frontcamera, 8GB of internal storage, expandable upto 32GB and not to forget 4G LTE. This one too comes with Chrome browser and Android 4.0.4 + MotoBlur preinstalled. Droid RAZR M can be pre-ordered from Verizon Wireless for $99 and will be available next week.
