
A new startup called Ouya, by former IGN executive Julie Uhrman is seeking funding for a $99 TV gaming console. Ouya is taking help of crowd funding website Kickstarter to develop Ouya, a $99 gaming console for TV screens. The gaming console will be powered with Android 4.0 aka ICS and will run on Tegra3 quad-core processor with 1GB RAM. Ouya looks quite promising to me. It had pledged to get $950,000 in funds. Still 28 days to go and it has received support form more than 17,000 people and more than $2 million in funds.
